Hubbard presented the Murray Weidenbaum Tribute Lecture: ‘After the Election: Recovery, Reform and Renewal.'

He is dean emeritus and Russell L. Carson Professor of Finance and Economics at Columbia Business School and served as chairman of the U.S. Council of Economic Advisers from 2001 until 2003. He addressed important economic policy issues under discussion in the new administration.
