Fiona Hill
Dr. Fiona Hill led a fireside chat on “The World Putin Wants: The Invasion of Ukraine and the Threat to the International Order.” Dr. Hill is a leading expert on Russia and advisor to three U.S. presidents. She is a senior fellow in the Center on United States and Europe in the Foreign Policy program at the Brookings Institution and former deputy assistant to the president and senior director for European and Russian affairs on the National Security Council.
