Jack Devine

On September 16, 2014, former CIA director of operations, Jack Devine engaged in a conversation with Elliot Stein Jr. about “The Importance and Ethics of National Intelligence.” The event was held in Steinberg Hall Auditorium and was the annual Elliot Stein Lecture in Ethics.
During his 30-year tenure as the CIA’s acting director of operations (now called the National Clandestine Service) Jack Devine served as America’s top spymaster for eight presidents.
