Lee Epstein, Adam Liptak and Greg Magarian

For nearly a decade, it has been an annual tradition to celebrate Constitution Day at Washington University School of Law with a U.S. Supreme Court review examining some of the major cases from the Court’s last term and providing commentary on the nature of what is happening on the Court today as well as what lies ahead.

‘Constitution Day: 2018-19 Supreme Court Review’ featured Lee Epstein, the Ethan A.H. Shepley Distinguished Professor; Adam Liptak, a journalist at The New York Times; and Greg Magarian, the Thomas and Karole Green Professor of Law.

The event was sponsored by the Public Interest Law and Policy Speakers Series (PILPSS); Washington University School of Law; Gephardt Institute for Civic and Community Engagement; Weidenbaum Center on the Economy, Government, and Public Policy; and American Constitution Society.
